1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Newcastle City Business Centre (“NCBC”, “we”, “us”) website and any enquiry or booking made through it. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Private suite and virtual office clients also sign an individual licence agreement. Where the two differ on a specific point, the signed licence agreement governs for that client.

3. Our services

We provide private serviced suites, virtual office services (business address, mail handling and phone answering), meeting and consulting room hire, and related administrative services, as described on this website. Availability, pricing and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.

4. Pricing and GST

All prices on this website exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added to your invoice in accordance with Australian tax law.

5. Suites and virtual offices

• Private suites are licensed under a separate licence agreement with a minimum term of three months.
• Virtual office plans have a minimum term of six months and are billed monthly.
• Ending a plan before the minimum term ends does not end your payment obligation for the remainder of that term.
• A holding deposit applies to new licences and plans, as set out in your licence agreement.

6. Meeting and consulting room bookings

Room hire rates are published on our Meeting Rooms page. Tenants, virtual office clients and multiple-room bookings (such as mediations) receive a 10 per cent discount. Weekend and after-hours bookings are by special arrangement at an additional rate.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business when signing up for a service, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our website.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, images and the NCBC name — belongs to NCBC or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any other loss arising from your use of this website is limited.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
