Small suites of 12–13 m² suit a solo consultant. Medium and double suites of 22–26 m² hold a team of two or three. Large and Executive Plus suites of 35–54 m² suit an established firm.
Not in the office five days a week? Shared rooms are licensed by the day, and a virtual office keeps the address while you work from home.

What is included in the office?
A furnished private office and access to the building’s facilities, including air conditioning, lift access and staffed reception. Meeting rooms, phone answering and administrative support are added as you need them.
How long do I have to commit for?
Three months minimum on a licence agreement, then it continues until you give notice.
Can I have my mail sent here?
Yes. Mail handling is included with the relevant virtual office plans and available to suite tenants.
Can clients visit after hours?
Suite tenants have building access outside reception hours. Reception outside business hours can be arranged for an additional rate.
Do you have parking?
Bolton Street Car Park is approximately 100 metres away.
