What is the difference between a serviced office and a virtual office?
A serviced office is a private, furnished room you work from. A virtual office gives you the business address, mail handling and phone answering without a room, and can be upgraded to a suite at any time.
Is there a minimum term?
Three months on a licence agreement for offices; six months for virtual office plans.
Are the offices private, or open plan?
Private. Every tenant has their own room, and there is no hot-desking or shared desking.
What is not included?
Client greeting, phone answering and administrative support are add-on serviced tiers rather than bundled into the base price, so you only pay for what you use.
