For Allied Health

Consulting and treatment rooms in the Newcastle CBD.

Private rooms for psychologists, counsellors, physiotherapists, dietitians and other allied health practitioners — by the day, by the session, or as your own permanent suite at 17 Bolton Street.

Why Practitioners Choose NCBC

A calm, discreet setting for clinical work.

Confidential by design

Private rooms behind a heritage facade, a quiet waiting area, and no shared desking. Clients are greeted in person rather than left standing in a corridor.

Rooms set up for the work

A consulting room with lounge and tub chair, and a treatment room that can be set up with a bed and medical trolley on request.

Start one day a week

Book a room by the half or full day while you build a caseload, then move into your own suite when the numbers justify it.

No competing practitioners

The tenant base is curated, so you are not sharing a waiting room with someone offering the same service.

Two Ways to Practise Here

Hire a room, or take a suite.

By the session. Consulting and treatment rooms are bookable through our online booking calendar at $175 for a half day and $250 for a full day, excluding GST — no tenancy required. Tenants and virtual office clients receive 10 per cent off.

As your own suite. Small suites from 12–13 m² suit a solo practice, furnished and ready to work from, on a licence agreement with a three-month minimum term.

Questions

Allied health — frequently asked

Can I book a treatment room with a bed?

Yes. Room 109 can be set up as a treatment room with a bed and medical trolley on request. Book the treatment room on the Meeting Rooms page or call reception.

Do you take client bookings or payments for me?

Reception greets your clients and notifies you the moment they arrive. Our serviced tiers add a local business number and personalised phone answering in your practice name. Client payments stay with your own practice systems.

Is the building accessible for clients with mobility needs?

Yes — lift access, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.

Where do clients park?

Bolton Street Car Park is approximately 100 metres from the building.

Can I start part-time and expand later?

Yes. Many practitioners start with room hire or a shared room one to three days a week, then move into their own suite. Tenants hear about upcoming vacancies before they are advertised.
