The Rooms
Three kinds of room, one front desk.
Meeting Room 110
Our largest room. Seats 8 to 12, with a large screen TV and HDMI for presentations and video calls.
Small meeting rooms
A table and four chairs — right for a client consultation, an interview or a quiet working session. Several rooms are kept available, so there is usually one free.
Consulting & treatment rooms
A calm consulting room with a lounge and tub chair, favoured by psychologists, and a treatment room set up with a bed and medical trolley on request.

All prices exclude GST. The hourly rate applies to bookings of up to three hours; half day is four hours. Consulting and treatment rooms are half day or full day only, and mediation bookings are full day only. Weekend and after-hours use by special arrangement — regular rate plus an after-hours surcharge. Tenants, virtual office clients and multiple-room bookings (such as mediations) receive a 10 per cent discount.

Video conferencing is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Weekend and after-hours bookings are by arrangement and attract the surcharge above in addition to the room rate. All prices exclude GST.

Meeting rooms — frequently asked
Do I need to be a tenant to book a room?
No — meeting and consulting rooms are bookable by anyone. Tenants and virtual office clients simply receive 10 per cent off.
Are the published rates inclusive of GST?
No, all rates exclude GST.
Can I book on the weekend?
Yes, by special arrangement — an additional rate applies outside our usual Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm hours.
Is a screen or video conferencing available?
Meeting Room 110 includes a large screen TV with HDMI. Computer screen hire and video conferencing are available Monday to Friday — see the rates above.
Can you host a mediation?
Yes — see Mediation Rooms. A mediation booking includes one mediation room and two breakout rooms for the day, and multiple-room bookings receive 10 per cent off.
