What a Mediation Booking Includes
Three or four rooms, one booking, for the day.
A mediation booking gives you the large room (seating 8 to 12, with a screen and HDMI) plus two small rooms nearby for private caucusing — or three, when there are more parties — so everyone has somewhere of their own to sit between sessions.
Mediation bookings are for the full day, excluding GST: $585 for the mediation room and two breakout rooms, or $747 with a third breakout room. The rooms are yours from morning to close, without watching the clock. Multiple-room bookings, tenants and virtual office clients receive 10 per cent off. Weekend and after-hours mediations can be arranged by phone.

How do I book a mediation?
Check availability in the booking calendar on the Meeting Rooms page, or call reception on 02 4910 4000 and we will set the rooms aside.
Can a party attend remotely?
Yes. The main room has a large screen with HDMI, and video conferencing is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Can we run a mediation on a weekend?
Yes, by special arrangement. After-hours use attracts an additional rate, so call us and we will quote it.
Is there parking nearby?
Bolton Street Car Park is approximately 100 metres from the building.
Do you host arbitrations and expert conclaves too?
Yes — the same combination of a main room and breakout rooms suits arbitrations, conclaves, settlement conferences and interviews.
