Shared rooms: part-time practice
Our smallest and most economical rooms, taken by the week or the month for one, two or three days a week. Tailored to hybrid practitioners splitting the week between home and the city, new practices building a client base, and anyone who needs a professional address one to three days a week without a full-time commitment.

Are prices inclusive of GST?
No, all prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at invoicing.
What is included in the suite price?
A fully furnished private suite and access to the building’s facilities. Client greeting, phone answering and administrative support are available as add-on serviced tiers rather than bundled into the base price.
Can I move to a larger suite later?
Yes — tenants hear about upcoming vacancies before they are advertised, so moving up a size as your practice grows is straightforward.
Is the building accessible?
Yes — lift access, wheelchair access, and accessible toilets.

Bolton Street Car Park is approximately 100 metres from the building.
