Hire our meeting rooms by the hour, half day (morning or afternoon), or full day. Hourly pricing starts from $30 (ex GST) with full day rates from $90 (ex GST). Reductions apply for regular or permanent bookings. Enquiries for bookings requiring before or after hour access are welcome and are considered on an individual basis.
All our meeting rooms have

- 500/500mbps high speed fibre optic internet (fastest internet in Newcastle) and suitable for webinars and Skype conferences.
- Smart TV with a 65″ screen
- Whiteboards and markers in most rooms or available on request
- Tea, coffee and iced water
You are welcome to arrange catering and have it delivered to your hired meeting room, if required.
