Our Premium Packages are designed to accommodate start up businesses, especially those in the Allied Health profession. Starting from one day a week in our Treatment Room or Professional Office up to four days a week. These packages include Diary Management and Processing of your payments through our HICAPS terminal. We are flexible and happy for you to change from one package to another as your business grows.

All packages include:

• Local phone number.*
• Personalised live answering service.
• Calls can be transferred through to you or messages can be emailed.
• CBD address.
• Mail collection and distribution (postage included if less than $5 per month).

Premium Package, 1 day

$580/month (ex GST) – 12 month agreement

Includes:

• Personalised phone answering in your business name
• 60 calls/month and $3.60 per call after that. Calls less than 1 min are charged at $1.80 per call.
• Access to a medium office/meeting room for 1 day a week. (Subject to availability)
• Use of reception waiting area to greet your clients
• Maintenance and scheduling of appointments in your electronic diary
• Processing of EFTPOS, HICAPS and Medicare payments, through our HICAPS terminal
• All money deposited straight into your bank account

 Premium Package, 2 days

$1060/month (ex GST) – 12 month agreement

Includes:

• Personalised phone answering in your business name
• 80 calls/month and $3.60 per call after that. Calls less than 1 min are charged at $1.80 per call.
• Access to a medium office/meeting room for 2 days a week. (Subject to availability)
• Use of reception waiting area to greet your clients
• Maintenance and scheduling of appointments in your electronic diary
• Processing of EFTPOS, HICAPS and Medicare payments, through our HICAPS terminal
• All money deposited straight into your bank account

 Premium Package, 3 days

$1540/month (ex GST) – 12 month agreement

Includes:

• Personalised phone answering in your business name
• 100 calls/month and $3.60 per call after that. Calls less than 1 min are charged at $1.80 per call.
• Access to a medium office/meeting room for 3 days a week. (Subject to availability)
• Use of reception waiting area to greet your clients
• Maintenance and scheduling of appointments in your electronic diary
• Processing of EFTPOS, HICAPS and Medicare payments, through our HICAPS terminal
• All money deposited straight into your bank account

Additional Information:

• A Direct Debit Request form must be signed, as all payments are to be made by Direct Debt
